Pros
Fantastic co-workers and staff, rewarding work, very positive environment, and a highly-respected school system. They hire some of the very best teachers around! Cottage Hill Elementary School has been nationally recognized as a "Blue Ribbon School" for many years.
Cons
Faculty has been going through some changes due to decreased funding for schools in California.

Pros
They listen to your ideas and you get to interact with a lot of different kids. The day has a variety of activities as you move from subject to subject. Working with special needs kids can be very rewarding.
Cons
Based on the job description, there is really no advancement opportunity from the aide position. Sometimes working with kids can be frustrating.
