-the management is really unorganized mean to employees -they will say it is flexible but will get mad at you for using your flex days -pay is inaccurate

Can be hectic and chaotic, sometimes unorganized. Since the team is new, processes are not really "in place" and they make them up as they go. Some people may not do well in that environment.
