Supportive team and culture, going in the right direction
Pros
Really friendly and passionate team - good mix of people who've been here for years as well as lots of new joiners, so not cliquey at all. Pay is competitive, the socials and culture calendar are good. Plenty of chances to learn and grow within the business. Leadership are very open and regularly update on how the business is doing instead of keeping you in the dark. Feels like the company's putting real investment into the team and is moving in a positive direction
Cons
Big push on AI at the moment. It makes sense and we need to do it, but the plan isn't always clear and it could stand to slow down a little. There've also been redundancies in the past that have knocked people's trust, though things feel like they're becoming a lot better.
