      It is a small company, which can be great in terms of finding that familial experience if you are in the right department.

      Terrible employee management, the leadership team often micromanages which stagnates progress. Outdated models for success Doesn't feel inclusive to African-American's Often the silos that are created make it difficult to feel as though you fit in, which makes this a place to pass through, not stay
