      Pros

      Recruitment process is amazing, Onboarding and training is excellent. Benefits and rewards are nice.

      Cons

      Management thereafter is very flawed, Openess and honesty, which is one of the values, is not used by middle management. There is a lot of favouritism going on which makes certain individuals untouchable and their rudeness has to be tolerated and must not be challenged.

      Modern building in convenient area.

      Cons

      In my experience, the work environment at Pliant was extremely stressful, poorly managed, and lacked basic respect for employees. Work-life balance was practically nonexistent, and overall the culture felt unethical and unsupportive. I would not advise anyone to work here based on what I experienced.

      business is doing somewhat great a lot of tasks if you want to learn

      Cons

      super toxic atmosphere top management is awful, pushy, unfriendly, using their workers. be ready to work with them day & night for a very basic compensation. zero transparency and owners micromanage everyone. a no-go place for experienced workers.
