Low salaries. The best way to get a decent pay rise is to change company. Legal minimum company pension contributions. We seem to have been in an unofficial pay freeze for over half a year. Policy of silence from senior management. Work life balance isn’t good and has only got worse in the last year with another round of redundancies and recent resignations. More of us will follow compounding the issue for those left! You are just treated like an asset to get every billable minute out of due to an obsession with the profit margin. The small perks we used to have like pub trips and pizza lunches have all vanished. We get a business needs to make money but some of the accounts have great profit margins so where is the money going or being wasted…
