      Great place to work in a thriving start up

      Pros

      I started off working here as a placement student out of university, the company were very accomodating - after my placement ended I continued on with my degree at university whilst working on a part time basis. I got a wide range of experience across many different areas and it was also encouraging to be trusted with a level of responsibility from an early stage. The company have a great culture and work environment and I very much enjoy my role here. There is great opportunity within the company for individuals to progress their career and also comes with the possibility of travel as a bonus for anyone interested.

      Cons

      As a fairly new start up company, priorities can be constantly changing so it can be difficult to keep up if unable to think on your feet at times - some people may see this as a negative.

      The Inner Circle...If you're not in it you will know! Lies from senior management Employees given the job of slyly reporting back to management- creates mistrust within the teams (Most people know who these people are) High turnover of staff with no mention of where staff have gone Excess overtime hours that are not appreciated but expected with no overtime or time in lieu paid Poor Holiday allowance Only SSP paid Management have no backbone Those not in the inner circle are treated horribly, how the company hasn't been brought to a tribunal yet is beyond me!

      Pros

      None, I was lied to when I was brought in and interviewing, and this was miserable from the jump. What I was told while interviewing and the pretense I was brought in on was totally false. The market is SO limited, and they water it down further.

      Cons

      Everything. Overreaching micro management. Repetitive overbearing processes that prohibit you from accomplishing anything. Unwelcoming energy and attitude. Lied to repeatedly. Company is cheap to a fault. Paid monthly. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. This was the worst decision I ever made, and I made it based on a number of lies that were fed to me in my hiring process. Turnover is a HUGE issue here. There is a reason they can't keep anyone.
