Pros
- everyone that works here is friendly, accepting, competent, hard working, and just all around great to work with
- there's a lot of excitement about where the product is headed
- compensation is great, vacation time is more than the norm, and benefits are standard
- no red tape, your voice is heard and valued by everyone, you can make a meaningful difference
- lots of diversity which is refreshing
- work life balance is incredible and strongly encouraged
- they want everyone to succeed and work their way up internally - they really care about bi annual reviews and compensation conversations
Cons
- typical start up hiccups (fast paced, lots of growth and figuring things out, direction and job responsibilities are fluid)
I don't consider those as cons but I know people who aren't used to start up environments that have struggled
