Pros

- Love the fact that everyone's hustling and willing to help - Founders are charismatic and friendly and they encourage new ideas and initiatives - You can get burnt out in early stage startups pretty easily but here the colleagues are so fun to work with and they check-in on you just to ask you how you're doing - GIF and meme culture is to beat - You get better at your game because work volume is high

Cons

- Work piles up when you take leaves. I feel they should hire more in each function with the scale they are growing the business - Meetings can drag on for a bit and lack of documentation before and after meetings hurts the business

Not a great place to work

Pros

Talented bunch of people in engineering team

Cons

The company lacks clear direction and prioritization, which leads to constant changes and a reactive work environment. There is no clear focus on engineering excellence, and the organizational priorities seem scattered. If you're looking for a place to grow your technical skills and build a meaningful career, this may not be the right fit. I would recommend carefully considering your goals before joining.

Pros

The vision to insure as many people as possible in India is great, but this is not backed with the customer service that is actually needed in the Insurance space.

Cons

1. Management is not able to structure the teams for growing business 2. There are no growth opportunities for employees 3. Whatever is said to you during an interview is not adhered to during your employment 4. Engagement within teams is extremely low 5. There is no clear communication about the company's plan 6. There is no training they provide when you have joined them, and support during the course of your employment is also nil
