Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

They advertise one salary but that's based on what they think you should be able to sell in commissions. However with it being a startup they change their approach to sales weekly making it impossible for you to hit their goals. They didn't stay true to their vision of the brand and honestly didn't really know what they wanted to do and what direction they wanted to go. After working their for one year and being one of their top performers in sales, I was asked to take a pay cut and work for $12.50/hr. I can make that set McDonald's! This company and CEO only cares about money and do not value their employees. If they did then they would have taken a paycut from their lavish salaries to keep those that had put everything into trying to build the company at the grunt/ground level.
