      Pros

      The employees make this company a great place to work. An nice warm friendly atmosphere. No other pro that I can think of!

      Cons

      No investment in employees for career growth, low pay comparable to market, bad HR, policies not followed, no real benefits. No flexibility. Wasted career time, spent too long waiting for progression. Develop and put more trust in your employees. These people could be the leaders you need!
