Pluris has built an amazing culture. In my opinion it stands as a model that the industry should emulate. As a marketing agency we try to provide the smoothest possible experience for our clients. Is there room for improvement? Definitely, but the company is most certainly on the right track.
Cons
Lots and lots of tasks to complete because we move at such a rapid pace. Some liken it to “growing pains”. I see it as taking on more than we can chew sometimes. Whatever verbiage you want to use, we need to slow it down.
I started at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. I felt supported and given time to ramp in my role. Everyone I work with is smart, responsive and willing to engage.
Cons
Sometimes it was challenging to get the technical resources needed. That being said, if you're smart about scheduling and communicating, this can be overcome.
