Pros

The owners and founders are saints. Saintly persons. There are some truly great people who work there, but...

Cons

...management was a joke. Lots of lip service to the vision, mission, and values of the company, to the point where they are recited at monthly meetings. But, those did not and do not apply to the current regime. Butt kissers and other favorites were treated well and given management positions, despite having no managerial acumen. There was no real interest in improving working conditions or customer experience. Eventually, they'll need a bigger office to make room for President and CEO Susan Schneider's ego. She's a bully and a phony. I personally witnessed her texting during meetings, and then jumping in as if she was paying attention. Any sense of human emotion sensed from her is the result of a carefully scripted and rehearsed set of behaviors that she thinks make her seem "real".

Pros

-If you are lucky to join a team with a good manager, you'll be protected, fostered, mentored, and taken care of. -Coworkers are always willing to lean on each other for assistance and teamwork. My coworkers taught me some of the most valuable business lessons that I’ll take with me to future careers.

Cons

-The CEO jokes about being called out by HR due to her jokes, actions, and behaviors. She manipulates and threatens employees beneath her because “she could do things better.” She corners employees and manipulates, accuses, and tears them down. She harasses employees due to her belief that work isn't sufficient, yet does not question, mentor, or advise her management team overseeing said employees. She micromanages and demands that managers "diary" the details of their employees' work, but again doesn’t question the work being done, or not done by managers. -There is no safety net, no unbiased party within the company to help with concerns or issues. I know for a fact that concerns from employees are shared with managers, HR, and the CEO. Instead of remedying the concerns, managers take a backseat while HR turns it back on you and the CEO ends up reprimanding you for bringing up any concern. The deceit and gaslighting are unreal. -The leadership team acts as a clique. One of which I've only ever experienced in high school. The management team huddles and gossips of the latest office news that may not be in favor of their employees; and then makes jokes about them. -Managers are given leadership roles because they're a friend of the family or have long tenures but have no experience within the given department. Lots of lifting and shifting happening with managers. -There’s a SPOKEN mentality that “everyone is replaceable.” Plain and simple, this is toxic. -Culture. This is their biggest initiative - good internal PR. The condescending nature of the leadership team is unbearable, and they should take a step back and honestly look at their behavior. A team of seven shrunk to four within two weeks’ time, (leaving on their own), and the leadership team played it off and had us all thinking they fired those employees; not a good look. This company might have been the world’s best relocation company at one time, it’s not that anymore.
