      Only Work From Home. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Work Culture is not upto mark. Lack of people management skills in Mangers and Assistant Manager. Zero coordination between Teams. Zero knowledge on people how to communicate anything. Assistant Manager lose patience during conversation often end up using words nonsense, faltu etc. Hiring process has gone down. Most time HR will ghost your calls and message after scheduling interviews
