Poor communications from management, long hours are expected (say good-bye to your leisure-time), abysmal atmosphere, people being fired/let go/leaving "by mutual consent" (then escorted out by HR) all around you. Idiotic time-lines, bad managers kept in key positions in spite of poor performance (apparently it's who you know, not what you do), endless pressure, late reviews, poor decision-making, no recognition, bullying by upper-management, work calls received on personal phone at all hours, not knowing who to trust. Key members of staff let go or allowed to leave when dead wood allowed to stay in key positions.

Totally disorganized, this company doesn’t care about its employees, your work is never appreciated. Management constantly reminds of its authority and will get rid of you when you are late, or asking too many questions. They never promote within the company, but, rather, hire supervisors from the outside. Poor communication with the management and employees. HR works in mysterious ways when hiring candidates. They put together the best people who could make a great team, but they all lose their potential and motivation in the atmosphere of chaos and tyranny.
