This team is incredible. Everyone is thoughtful, passionate, and simply a joy to work with. At the moment, our team is around 60 and although we've grown rapidly, the culture is still one of low-ego and high-passion, which many companies our size cannot say! One of my favorite things about Pocket's culture is how approachable our leadership team is, including Nate (founder/CEO.) Not only is he, and the rest of the leadership team, approachable, but don't be surprised to see folks on the leadership team emptying the dishwasher, grabbing coffee down the street with someone on the same or different team, and having a genuine interest in how people are doing. One of my favorite things about working at pocket was the people. The leadership team took great care in hiring and cultivating an incredible team of wonderful people who are really good at what they do. Leadership was accessible and approachable, interested in collaboration, and openly valued each and every employee. I greatly enjoyed the year I spent at Pocket as their Office and Culture Manager.
