Flexible time. They used to be a good company.

Cons

Delay of payments up to 2 months. Some are not paid. Hired full time people then changed them to contractual or on call. Are you sick for a day? Get a medical certificate to show them, or else you're marked absent. When the salary was not getting paid, the CEO's best idea was not to give her message to the employees and leave us all hanging. That's her SMARTEST CHOICE.

Co-workers are nice and hard-working. Flexible hours.

Cons

Pay is low, if you're lucky enough to get paid at all. The soulless, inept people who run this company have a history of not paying their employees, delaying salaries for months. Some folks don't get paid AT ALL. Local management is useless, unprofessional, and self-serving. Avoid at all costs. The lack of a contract should have been a red flag; they give you an 'offer packet' instead.

Delayed salary for almost 2 months. No replies from owners if you inquire about your salary. Useless management.
