      Pros

      You'll learn quickly what a toxic work place looks like and have free snacks while you do it.

      Cons

      Arrogant, selfish, amateur and egotistical groups of children who think because they've got the funding from a big USA budget they are somehow entitled to treat people like disposable numbers. Absolutely zero regard for proper training and equipping of talent, only interested in rushed achievement of deals. The energy in the room is desperate and cliquey. Could not speak any less of the place.

      There's clearly an agenda in Podium to create fake reviews on this platform. I mean, seriously, who would actively take time out of their day to title a review "Growth". These kinds of shady business practice are only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this company. From minute I stepped into their offices I knew there was something wrong about this place.

      Cons

      No work from home. Basically salary is, well, very BASIC. They are constantly hiring SDRs because their leadership is so inefficient, ineffective and incompetent that they can't train, keep or hire correctly. Their interview process I wouldn't ask a circus act to replicate. Disrespectful, Untrustworthy and downright shameful.

      You get pizza once a month.

      Cons

      The employee retention rate in the sales team is terrible, and there’s no diversity at all. No female sales staff have lasted more than two months. Management just ignores all the reports of bullying. The SDR setup is a mess, with the team leader playing favorites. When you finally get a demo, the product is a tough sell with below-market integrations and limited features. All the top talent is leaving because of bad managers and a lack of resources. My manager doesn’t even get the product, and there’s zero access to training or development. *This is not a hybrid workplace.*
