There's also an office in Nottingham city centre overlooking the square where you can go in as little or as often as you like. - A high level of autonomy and no micromanaging. - It's a small enough company that you can have a big impact if you want to and there's plenty of room to grow into your role and take on more responsibility (if you fancy it but you certainly don't have to).

Great company to work for, everyone here is helpful, knowledgeable and very talented at what they do. Everyone is able to pitch in to discussion, whether junior or senior. There's some good perks like health insurance and above average holiday. Management are flexible when it comes to working hours etc
