      Huge learning curve in the first year, instant exposure to high-value client projects, liaison with developers, architects, private clients, a great way to shape and develop your sales skills, great exposure to end-to-end project management,

      Cons

      If you want to progress you will not work in this role forever as you will have seen it all after approximately two years. Good progression into senior sales possible though.
