      Take home truck, gas card,company phone and laptop

      Cons

      Work load, expectations, company would take sides in a difficult situation which was usually the customer's not the the tech. Network issues seemed very frequent.

      Favoritism! Will use you for anything good you bring and takes credit for everything, won’t appreciate you or thank you for zilch unless your a the “he used to be my step daddy”/family member. Which I thought is borderline nepotism.

      Insurance is awful. There is no where to go in this company. They are always trying to save a penny even if it is detrimental to the company.
