      Pros

      The closing department was good and efficient. CEO is good guy, but stubborn.

      Cons

      Processing was woefully understaffed, and underpaid. Processing took forever because they wouldn't staff the operations. Commission structure was abysmal for conventional.

      THERE ARE some fantastic people here who truly will help you and get the job done. There is a nice team attitude.

      Cons

      Some growing pains on the opps side. There is not the value for the LO's as should be since LO's are the ones bringing in the business.
