Pros
Pros only applicable to team leaders who were working already and for new joiners who can nod to management decision blindly.
Cons
1.Not a place for beginners for sure becoz they won't be given free hands in learning technology or updating skills, people will be rooted to obsolete technology which was used in older projects delivered before years. 2. Not a place for mid level experienced since you won't be given with challenging tasks until you be with them for atleast 2 years until then you'll be doing some redundant things. 3. Not a place for will experienced also the reason is you won't be trusted at any level since the management believes the team leads who work already knows everything about life, technology, human management, skill assessment, ethics, moral but the truth is they don't have any idea about any of these It's a place for people who don't mind any of above mentioned qualities , who can simply be a puppet for management and team leads, to be precise kind of slave can excel in this environment. Place for those who can spy on other people and find their personal and thought process, find their ideas and expose it to management and get benefit out of it which few employees doing already who are at top Sorry if had been so harsh but it's bitter truth...
