Busy work but worth if you are serious to work

Pros
- they value you if you work well. at first I just earned $40 per hour, but I got salary raise for 3 times in a year after I did well. - flexible working hours. I can work on weekends and even work from home. - the bosses are willing to teach and I learned a lot
Cons
- very busy work when I reached the office, I didn't have time to message my friends. they were using Slack during work, so I have no reasons to use WhatsApp and Discord - under high pressure because I was solely responsible for a business task. they did what I advised even I was just a part-time staff. so if it failed, I felt I damaged the company. but I reckon I feel more contribution there than the full-time job I am having now. - it is not just an office work, I also went around different places

1. Super flexible working hours Your compensation is based on your working hours, so as long as you can finish your work, you can choose to work at home, at office and arrange your working time (no need to arrive the office at 9am everyday!!!). 2. Choose the jobs you like Since it is a startup and the whole company work in a small office, you are closely connected to the founder. You can negotiate with him about the work you wanna do (and there are tons of different kinds of work in an app startup like Pokeguide ranging from marketing to coding) so your job can suit your personal interest better.
Cons
Super low compensation. Part-time workers are only offered HKD40/hour
