Smart resources with strong alliance relationships with Salesforce

Cons

Lack of execution by management. Aspirational goals with no backing except goal definition. Front line personnel are expendable, exploited and disposable. Very cliquey and meritless based promotion.

- Some great customers / projects - The company business is developing ultra fast

Cons

- The company business is developing ultra fast = far-west style of management (zero control over "some" individuals) - People around you may not be the expert you expect (constant lack of resources) - Too much emphasis on the old SAP way to do things suggested by really old managers :(
