Pros

No drug test Easy hiring process Good food trucks Good morning shift (6 am - 2:30 pm) Nice break room Company itself is alright not too many good things to say

Cons

Plays favoritism to family members that work within the company. Will go off of assumptions rather than facts. CEO (who’s in office everyday) is not very approachable. You don’t feel very appreciated. Higher management makes you feel as if you’re below them. No real management everyone who feels they are in power gets called a lead. Always behind on shipping out orders or not receiving enough parts for units. Everything is always rushed and last minute. Don’t a place to work for.

Sad to say but they continue down this path, they cannot survive

Pros

Got to see how NOT to run a business Some nice, well meaning people in mid management probably care but they are on their way out

Cons

Too many to list all here but primarily: Chiefs are not the right people. If they could get bought out and restructured, it could save. As it is now, they will not take this company to the next level Time wasted Work force is disrespectful in response to the bad ambiance Unable to grow-no advancement or opportunity for mid level and workers Ungratefull Need committees to work on safety

Pros

You get paid and sometimes it's the correct amount.

Cons

How sad is it when the company needs to post their own positive reviews instead of the actual workers? Do not be fooled, this company is manipulative and uses deceit to get their way. Isn't it strange that two of the three positive reviews were on the same day? Stop lying Polar Power, you know very well the "President" and everyone working with him is a hack and a cheat. DO NOT work for this comany, or you will be used and abused by the all mighty know it all President.
