      Helping the patients and good coworkers.

      Cons

      Micromanaging leadership team made up of social workers who do not understand what goes on day to day. They cannot take constructive criticism from their nurses and techs who just want to improve their working environment and improve patient care/safety. ALWAYS short staffed. There is a reason for this although leadership blames covid. Benefits are mediocre at best. Charting system is not functional. Communications within the organization is basically through email only and inconsistent.

      If you owe student loans this site qualifies for student loan repayment. If you just want to make money and don't care about patients

      * Administration does not value clinicians * Pressure to cater to NARBHA and Administration's desire to continue the money funneling system of mental health care despite adverse outcomes for patients and high turnover and dissatisfaction of clinicians as well as other staff *Leadership with no management experience prior to WYGC and limited understanding of core psychiatric concepts *Administration that puts absolutely no emphasis on patient care but total emphasis on satisfying state regulations *Lack of integrity and ethics are the biggest contributors to job dissatisfaction and the excessively high rate of turnover

      Everything. This job is awful and would not be recommended for anyone.
