There are a lot of great employees there. It's climate control.
Cons
The will absolutely catfish you, to get you in the door. Lie about there being a great work life balance. You get asked what you need to do your job, you speak up and tell them to be told no you don't need that. Leave the job, they hire a man to replace you, he asks for the same exact things and is given what he needs. They had an employee fall and get hurt on site, with plenty of witnesses and ignored 9 times the clinic tried to reach out to verify workers comp information. They will not take care of you if you get hurt at work and then will try to blame you. If you bring up something that needs attention, trying to help improve things, you'll be told you are being negative and to stop. Turn over rate is insanely high. Not an honest company that builds safety components.
