      Pros

      People were nice and the new office is modern.

      Cons

      Poorly managed, not many processes in place for a company this old. The software is inherently bad. If you ever heard of companies that have "no culture" this is pretty close to that. Everyone I talked to were looking to leave.

      Pros

      Great company events. Awesome resources for the team to continue expanding knowledge and skillset.

      Cons

      HR department needs a lot of work and a refresh on moral values. HR never seemed to have any straight forward answers nor the ability to reply in a timely or professional manner. Sometimes resources can seem inaccessible due to lack of knowledge or information about how to acquire them. Company morale is low, people 2-3 people leave the company per month and team is tight knit so it counts. Lots of unknowns.

      Very prosperous company and people are supportive and friendly. I like it very much

      It's a private firm so procedures or work schedules may not be well found. Not necessarily has to be cons though.
