Business outlook
Pros
~ Majority of people are skilled and pleasant to work with ~ initial process of being recruited to the company was good but once i joined it was downhill. ~ Salary competitive but not if you dont give people opportunity to build a book of business and actually achieve it!
Cons
~very little time allowed to build a pipeline, in sales this is really crucial ~was dismissed quickly without cause and wasn't even told by my line manager. ~structure was unclear ~ not a very good onboarding experience
