Pros

- focus on sustainability of product - excellent brand quality and design - local team have good work ethos - some opportunity to grow

Cons

- poor processes, reactive strategies - management give plenty of lip service, no meaningful change has happened since I started - lack of incentives for staff (commission or bonus) will lead to high turnover in coming months if no changes are made

Strange company

Pros

Pay is good (because they struggle to attract engineers), UK Office is near the canteen

Cons

Shambolic way of operating, poor leadership, dominated by a few senior individuals, not interested in Quality. If you are a good engineer, you will be frustrated working at Polestar.
