Pros

- Very easy to make friends - Know everyone well- tight knit - Sociable place to work - Contact with ministers/MPs and exposure to Parliament gives good experience for your CV and opens career opportunities

Cons

-High turnover -Low pay -Outdated company culture Unfortunately managers are not particularly open to remote or flexible working. Hours can be rigid, except when you're required to work extra hours in the evening due to events. This one-way expectation causes friction. Employees on lower pay have indistinguishable duties from their more 'senior' and higher paid colleagues. Additionally, some teams appear micromanaged- which makes the company culture seem more outdated.
