      Pros

      I can't recommend the company enough. I had the most pleasant interview experience ever. The whole process was well-structured and super exciting. I immediately felt the company is the right fit for me. Everyone I met during the interview was very professional, yet friendly and I enjoyed the whole experience. Now it's been a couple of weeks working for the company and I love it here. Everyone is super talented, helpful, and a pleasure to work with, and the company culture is also very warm and welcoming. I am so happy to work at PolicyMe and contribute to the product that is changing and innovating the insurance industry.

      Pros

      PolicyMe has good work-life balance and is a great place to work for anyone looking to break into the start up/tech space. I learned a lot during my time here and everyone is extremely willing to support. PTO and compensation package is a plus as well. You will also get the opportunity to do some really impactful work.

      Cons

      There wasn't anything that stood out to me. The only thing I would say is that sometimes job responsibilities can change frequently and can go beyond your job description. However, this is the case for most startups/companies and isn't necessarily a negative and can be seen as beneficial when wanting to get your hands dirty in different areas.

      Excellent culture and opportunities for growth

      Pros

      - Small enough that you can have an impact but big enough so that there are set strategies and processes - Really caring founders and leadership team that focus on transparency - The people are really amazing - everyone is super smart yet very humble - Truly remote-first, with flexibility to work from anywhere - Really fun in-person events, 3 times a year

      Cons

      - Sometimes strategies change a lot, but that is expected in a rapidly scaling business
