Pros
Friendly colleagues and fast pace environment
Cons
PolicyStreet’s top management has a long history of overpromising and consistently failing to deliver. The co-founders frequently make bold commitments purely for appearances, with no real intention or capability to execute. The KPI set and it has never fulfilled. The hiring practices are equally problematic. They conduct large scale recruitment drive, bringing in 20–40 people at a time. They often give candidates a false impression of strong growth and long term prospects. What they never disclose is that many of these roles are essentially temporary. Once the company hits its short term KPIs, management actively looks for ways to remove staff. In just one year, I have seen more than 30–40 staff resign or be forced out. Anyone considering joining should be aware that promises made during interviews often do not reflect the reality inside the company.
