Toxic and incompetent management. They lack a basic understanding of how the business works but excel at playing dirty with employees, often talking them down to their own boss to hinder career growth. That seems to be the only thing they manage well, and unfortunately, senior management appears to support it. Even after nearly 20 years in business, the company still operates like a small, cliquish family shop where favoritism thrives.
