      Pros

      Politix offer a minimum wage, but if you hit the sales targets then you are eligible for extra commission. These goals are achievable and with the right work ethic, could make a bit of money.

      Cons

      I am in shock at how staff members treat their staff. In my training I was asked why I ask so many questions. The tasks daily performed are tedious and time wasting. My senior staff spent most of their time calling headquarters and chatting to the staff. I felt in my employment I never made any progress, the work was not challenging and the staff we're off-putting.

      Beautiful product, styling customers, opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      Lack of training, rude and abusive managers, expecting to work the entire state of stores and travel hours for work.

      Pros

      Politix provides good pay and most employees are fun to work with, it's a very 'party like' environment to work in.

      Cons

      Top Management is terrible, this company will make you work full time even if you're title is a casual/part time employee, the area managers walk in randomly during the week and will blast you if you're not making money. Area managers and some store managers micro manage you and they never give you time off even if you work full time. I booked a holiday and ended up leaving the company as they weren't going to give me time off. This company will fire you if you don't make money, staff turn over is crazy
