      Pros

      Rapid advancement and able to work as much as you want. Good experience for later resumes to more stable and developed departments.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime x2 a month incompetent management.poor training department with no structure. Unable to keep new employees or fill new position for any length of time

      most people that work here are great

      sometimes because it is a small county government interpersonal issues become complicated to address, moving up can be very difficult

      Pros

      The people working there are very nice. They try to work with you. They have retirement. Actually, it's mandatory that full time employees contribute to it.

      Cons

      Lots of benefits but they aren't cheap. Insurance costs too much to insure a family. If it's just for yourself it's not bad.
