      Pros

      Fantastic culture, fantastic people, great work, and everyone is in it together. Employee owned so bonus is great. Interns are well paid.

      Cons

      Some upper level management communication issues. Have had to fire several management level people this year.

      Pros

      Lovely culture, feels like they really care. Not crazily long hours compared to other agencies Excellent employee benefits CEO is both inspirational and nice!

      Cons

      Internal politics can be difficult Teams feel a bit siloed, though efforts are being made to change that.
