      GOOD STARTING PLACE TO LEARN

      Pros

      Paid lunches, lots of overtime, if you want to learn you have access to all the manuals, drawings, and schematics and you will have the time to walk around and learn the equipment.

      Cons

      Lazy people if your a good worker they will lean upon you, corporate manged so pay raises have to go through someone who isn't at the plant seeing what value you bring, the pay isn't the best but it's a good place to start and move up from there
