Pros

Located in the middle of nowhere if you like rural settings Cafeteria Casual work attire Plenty of parking Discounts on products

Cons

If you accepted a position as an Order Processing Specialist just know it is a training program and they CUT approximately 50 percent of the people in the class before you are there enough time to be eligible for unemployment. The pay is really low and it’s a gamble to quit a current job for this one or take this over another job offer. They try to pull you in by talking about all the overtime they offer but it takes a long time to be eligible for overtime (about 6 months). The class you have to take is taught in a classroom and it’s a teacher just reading documents to you for 10 weeks. Week 10 you will finally start using the programs the job requires. There will be several “worksheets” you do which are actually quizzes that get analyzed by the teacher and director. If they start to single you out as weak....find a new job! It’s only a matter of time. I witnessed several great people cry because of how horribly this program was conducted. People who had quit their jobs thinking this was a better opportunity only to get an impersonal “phone call” after they left for the day telling them not to come back the next day. They can’t even say it to your face or allow you to grab your belongings. The job itself is okay, and some of the employees are really nice. But this is a job I suggest taking only if you are desperate and can find nothing else based on the turnover rate. They don’t pay enough to put your professional life at risk. They also have people in supervisor and upper management roles who do not know how to do the Order Processing Specialist job. But they sure know how to judge the way you do it.

Pros

There is no pros it pays you a paycheck that is it

Cons

Let me start off by saying i was hired into this company and after two weeks of employment i cannot stand to see how many people SLACK and AVOID WORK to just cruise by the day to day chores this company has until its time to punch out. I alone have seen the numbers in this company go from red (negative) to green (positive) and the workload has increased in the department i work in. So what did this do for me? Well its cause not only every employee to hate me because i am a HARD WORKER but my supervisor literally is mad at the fact that there is more work put on the employees due to my backbreaking job i have caused the company to GAIN MONEY and yet caused the employees to be angry at me because i don't SLACK LIKE THEM. I will not recommend this company to anybody. I do however see in the CEO's eyes that this company can be successful with the RIGHT EMPLOYEES. I cannot tell you how my 8-10 hour shift how many people walk away and hide just to avoid working and yet i am running around completing tasks, shipping orders, quality checking, and yet i am LITERALLY TWO WEEKS IN THE COMPANY.

Pros

None. Pay too low for the work that’s expected Benefits are too expensive. Best pro is cheap Chinese products. Free parking but not close to the building

Cons

Everything Managers are clueless as to how their employees feel and don’t care. I would suggest they ask them Quit micromanaging. You hired adults. Let them do their jobs
