Pros

They make you valued. Make you feel like there is some room for advancement

Cons

There is no room for advancement. Pay is typically less than any other developer will offer. Bonuses are laughable. Way better companies to work for, skip poly. You will make no decisions, and have no opinion.

Adequate but not a place to grow

Pros

Nice people. Company does care about doing the right thing even in a bad market environment.

Cons

The culture can be dry and transactional. Optics mean more to leadership than performance as incompetence from long tenured employees is generally accepted. The options to grow and advance are very limited. Don’t expect any career planning conversations. For a developer, the office space is very outdated.

Pros

Really great working culture. Everyone is very respectful. Company is extremely organized. Many management personnel been there for over 10 years.

Cons

Not a great place for younger employees to grow, Admin roles are typically restricted to admin duties and not a lot of opportunity for upward growth.
