Employees are told not to clock the overtime they work. It is expected that employees work overtime and be on call 24/7. Company doesn't want to pay overtime/overtime commissions but expects overtime work.

Full-Time but your schedule is written based your needs. Great staff who play well as a team. Profit sharing annually which is always a reflection of performance!

Cons

Salary is low when compared to other positions of a similar nature. 24/7 on call once every two months without additional compensation even though it has s not technically a salaried position.
