Cons
Too friendly. Sometimes individuals takes this friendliness for granted and misuses the flexibility Some people avoid works and that creates overload on others. The festive environment sometimes causes delay in work also individual might feel disrupted during festive events Some clients take the company for granted and keep escaping CRs since it’s a relatively new company
