Pros

No pros the company is not good for any human beings

Cons

⚠️ Honest Review for Future Drivers — Polymedic Trading Enterprise Pte Ltd (Singapore) I strongly advise delivery drivers to think carefully before joining Polymedic Trading Enterprise Pte Ltd. The working environment is extremely stressful. The boss, who is around 88 years old, often calls drivers repeatedly while they are on the road and demands they return to the office even when there is no urgent reason. He frequently uses harsh or disrespectful language toward employees and pressures staff to resign. Because of this, the company experiences a very high turnover rate — I’ve never seen so many employees leaving so quickly. This post is just to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before joining

Cons

⸻ He creates an environment that deteriorates mental health. If you’re physically unwell, medical leave is not granted. For foreigners, even personal leave is denied. Taking a five-minute toilet break is labeled as laziness. If you make an honest mistake, you’re called stupid. If you stand up for your rights, you’re told to “go to hell.” Sexism and inappropriate remarks are commonplace. Comments such as “your skirt is too long” or “your body is too flat” have been used to humiliate, not joke. He shifts blame for his own mistakes onto others and publicly shames employees without cause. Employees are assigned ten tasks at once, expected to complete them instantly — and when that’s impossible, they’re accused of doing nothing. No matter how hard you work, it’s never enough. And above all, never trust a single word, verbal or written. Promises mean nothing. He will deny everything, even when confronted with evidence.
