      Good for young, ambitious workaholics

      Pros

      Young, bright, progressive team of professionals; no dress code; competitive remuneration

      Cons

      No idea of work/life balance, partially toxic environment because of management's unhealthy workaholic approach; Archaic HR system - no professional induction system for new employees (even those coming from other industries), no training system for anyone except management; Bad office with no tea/coffee for employees but with smelly toilets; A sometimes cruel and cannibalistic culture of hiring and firing people.

      Biggest Russian Gold mining company and top 10 globally, a splendid asset base and premium listing on LSE during my stay

      Cons

      A very unstable HR policy, lots of people hired and fired each week, constant change of strategy, very young and inexperienced (in the field of mining) top management, operational inefficiency
