This company is a joke. I worked for Pomco for almost 2 years and was recently laid off due to the Health Republic Insurance wind down. The way they handled the lay offs was absolutely disgusting!! They let people go that have college degrees, work very hard and were always willing to help and kept people on that have poor work ethic, bad attitude, little to no college education and were just plain bad employees. I, personally, did MULTIPLE positions within my department as well as helped with projects in other departments and it meant NOTHING to them. I was nothing more then a number. The favoritism in this company is ridiculous also. Absolutely disgusted and would never recommend for anyone to work here.

Favoritism NO job security Appreciation for good hard workers does not exist here. All about the numbers and even if you exceed there goals set they don't acknowledge it Managers have FAR to many meetings about NOTHING!
