Pros
Nice products, 401k, health plan
Cons
This company has all the worst problems of a family-run business: poor personnel management, slapdash systems, sweatshop mentality, and no room for advancement. If you really want to work here, be sure that you are not on salary. Yes, the products are cool, and there are some great employees here, despite the ownership's indifference to their contributions. The business is stable as far as publishing businesses go, but not growing. The company is run by a husband-wife-son team. They do not communicate well with those outside the family. Keeping people in constant fear is the only tool in their management toolbox.
