I worked for Pontiac Coil for 15 years and for the most part I enjoyed it.

I enjoyed most of the people I worked with on the Manufacturing Floor.

Cons

Benefit changes in the last 2 years cut my pay by over $100.00's a week. No significant pay raise in over 2 years. The new management doesn't care for the employees on the floor. New Management is disrespectful the employees.
