Pros
The half decent pay which meets the cost of living is really the only thing good about this job.
Cons
Poor Management, absent leadership, alcoholism in management and in the workplace, harassment from coworkers which is supported by management. Nepotism, Retaliation for submitting harassment claim resulting in termination.

- Free Lunch - Friendly coworkers - Not micromanaged. They trust you to get your work done.
Cons
- It was extremely difficult to keep up with what was expected as the job procedures were changing at a daily, (sometimes hourly) rate, due to flaky clients. - Much/most of the procedure documentation was out of date.
