You're given a lot of freedom to get creative with your workouts, as long as you follow the general handbook guidelines. We have clients who come every day so I like to give them unique exercises in addition to traditional Pop exercises. My manager (and franchise owner) is very nice, supportive, and flexible. She'll work around your schedule if needed. I feel valued working here.
Cons
Due to the repetitive nature of the classes, and the fact that you use your voice a lot, you probably won't want to teach more than 6 classes a week. My brain goes on auto-pilot a lot when I'm teaching, giving the same cues over and over again. The hourly pay rate is decent, but your checks will be small since you only work 2-8 hours a week.
